Chef Faiq Usman brings his family’s heritage to life with three generations of traditional recipes. Trained by his own mother, Usman mastered traditional Mediterranean cuisine and spent over 15 years at Duzan restaurant in Haifa, Israel, perfecting his customer-centric serving approach. Usman opened Haifa Falafel restaurant five years ago in Ann Arbor, Michigan and now brings this beautiful regional cuisine to Cafe Raik, along with his own twists on some of his favorite recipes.
